Organic Peru La Florida is a Peruvian coffee with some basic features that make it look like those coffees from Brazil. The beans of Organic Peru La Florida are strictly hard beans (SHB) of average size with average chaff content. Organic Peru La Florida coffee comes from three different varietals which are Bourbon, Typica and Caturra.
This coffee is grown organically without the use of chemicals by a group of farmers in the Chanchamayo region of Peru and its cultivation is done at an altitude of above 1350; it is washed, sundried and processed for consumption.
Based on its attributes, Organic Peru La Florida is a balanced, clean and mild coffee that comes with sweet chocolate aroma and floral, spicy and sweet taste. Organic Peru La Florida is a moderate acidic coffee that produces sweet flavor features when it is inside a cup.
Roasting can begin with medium dark roasting and its sweet and spicy taste will be felt best; changing the roast profiles to darker medium will also change some of the cup profiles, but it will still be good for consumption. Depending on how individuals prefer to take Organic Peru La Florida coffee, it can be taken alone or with meals or desserts.
